The battle between Kiryu and Yusei continues with Kiryu’s handless combo controlling the duel. Yusei gambles on a draw to be able to break the combo and defeat Kiryu, however what he did not realize was that Kiryu’s One-Hundred Eye Dragon was not his trump card. Thanks having to draw, Kiryu now had his ace monster in his hand, Earthbound God Ccapac Apu and not only uses the people that has been taken from Satellite as a sacrifice but almost killed Yusei in the progress, who was barely saved by his D-Wheel breaking down.
However, being saved from being killed on the spot, Yusei still finds himself critically wounded from the crash and has been stabbed by a piece of debris. With Kiryu declaring he’ll let him off this time so he can continue putting him in misery, he rides off just as Crow and the others reach him. Startled by the wound the put him on Crow’s D-Wheel where as he drives off to see a woman named Martha to get Yusei some medical attention. In the mean time Rally and the others take sacrifices both their cards and clothes in order to safely get Yusei’s broken D-Wheel to Martha’s place.
ARE THEY STUPID? PUT HIM ON HIS STOMACH ON CROW’S D-WHEEL?! HELLO THAT METAL SCRAP OR WHATEVER THAT IS STABBED INTO YUSEI’S GUT IS GOING TO MAKE IT WORSTE BY PUTTING PRESSURE ON IT. ARE THEY TRYING TO KILL HIM? ANYHOW WHY ARE HIS CLOTHES STILL ON DURING THE “OPERATION”? I MEAN SERIOUSLY SPEAKING, WOULDN’T THAT GET IN THE WAY, BUT NOT ONLY THAT, CARRY INFECTIONS? FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!! OH WAIT WHO AM I KIDDING, SINCE WHEN DID YGO EVER FOLLOW LOGIC FROM REALITY?
Also Yusei’s Satellite friends are absolutely pathetic, and if that isn’t enough I think they need to STFU about “FRIENDSHIP, BONDS, SYMBOLICS!” when they fail to do so. I also find it sad that Rally has to keep on REMINDING them because all they do is complain, and then they got to mention the whole catch phrase all over again. I am getting fed up with it.
So, if it weren’t for Yusei’s D-Wheel to wipe out on its own, Yusei’s condition would have been far worst than he already is. It could have been possible that he would’ve been killed – but he’s the main character, so he doesn’t have a chance of dying till the end of the series. Oh crap what I am saying? I DON’T WANT HIM TO DIE. But considering the accident, there might be some psychological trauma he needs to overcome… or maybe I’m hoping for too much. >>;
Anyhow because the conclusion of the match was interrupted and Kiryu decided to let him live so he can mess with him all over again. So without a doubt, Kiryu was the one who won this duel.
