Reaction to Yuzu’s Defeat
“YES, ACTION CARD!
OH COME ON. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME
Are you fucking kidding me.
I am not fucking amused.
Fucking knew it. Ah this ticks me off.”
Who else were furious and frustrated with how quickly Yuzu’s match ended despite the fact we all knew that the odds of winning was against her? It upset me so much so much because her duel didn’t even last half an episode! Yeah yeah Yuzu’s head wasn’t in the game, she was facing a handicap because her mind was so puzzled and confused and she was hallucinating the middle of the battle- ugh, it is such a pity that Yuzu didn’t get her chance to shine, not even once. Unfortunately Matsumi nailed it on the head when she pointed out that Yuzu’s eyes were lacking radiance because were clouded with doubt and hesitation. I sincerely hope that in the future, Yuzu will at least have a match that will serve her justice as well as maybe a rematch against Matsumi. At least she has a valid excuse right? I would like to say that, but I don’t like seeing characters that I am fond of losing despite having somewhat reasonable excuses.
And so they proceed to the third and final match, however Sora says that he doesn’t feel like he would be a good matchup against the opponent he was supposed to face. Instead Gongenzaka hits the stage and faces off against Synchro Summoner Duelist Yaiba. Now being a huge fan of Yu Gi Oh 5Ds, I had expected myself to be very excited seeing Sychro Summonings, but Yuzu’s loss ended up spoiling the second half for me. I actually had to rewind because without realizing it, my attention had drifted elsewhere instead of paying attention to what was going on. Only when I saw “Tuner Monster” I was like, “Wait what, what happened? Synchro Monsters?” I realized that I wasn’t actually watching it, just staring at the screen, resisting the urge to skim through the rest of the episode.
That’s all you’re going to hear from me this week because I literally have nothing else to talk about.

First of: Yes, yes I was as well, especially the reflection fake out!
2nd: Despite that I can’t help but laugh my butt off at, the man, Gongenzaka. (“Manjoume Thunder”/”THE Chazz” 2.0?) I’m interested to see how he will play with his ideal of minimal movements since in card games factoring in price:result is an important factor and (at least when I played it) synchro can burn out your hand. though I’m still kinda irked that Sora bowed out when he could probably take on Yaiba just fine and, the man, Gongenzaka, is an unknown to him.
Anyway back to Yuzu, this is the 2nd time her father (don’t remember his name) has sabotaged his student with the action field he picked, why is there a narrow corridor action field anyway? it looked like they were dueling at join avenue from black and white 2.
On a plus side I like that Yuzu uses a rush deck, though that’s probably just me cause my warrior deck works the same way ^_^;;

Sad Episode! Yuzu losing her duel and having Masumi making fun of her for not having her head in the duel. The only good part of the episode was when Yuya was holding Yuzu in his arms I loved that part and I hope Yuya and Yuzu become a couple. I just hope the creators don’t mass this up like back in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’S Yusei and Aki should have kiss at the end and become a couple and they didn’t and that made me mad! I am excited to see Sychro summoning again! I love Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’S and seeing Sychro summoning again is awesome.
I will confess, my inner-shipper squealed during that scene. Usually these kinds of arm-catch moments feel so forced and over the top, but this time I found that it felt so natural and I ended up loving it. Bittersweet moment.
YUSEI AND AKI TOTALLY KISSED. NOBODY CAN TELL ME OTHERWISE. I FIRMLY BELIEVE IT WAS AN OFF SCREEN KISS. NOTHING WILL CHANGE MY MIND. I MEAN HELLO, THEY WERE REFLECTING IN EACH OTHER’S EYES AND THEN CLOSED THEIR EYES AND LOTS OF ZOOM IN AND I READ AND WATCHED ENOUGH SHOUJOS TO KNOW IT WAS AN OFF-SCREEN KISS, I MEAN, IT WAS TOTALLY OFF-SCREEN KISS.
This was a sad Episode! I really wanted Yuzu to win so not fair! There were only few good parts in this Episode. First and the best part was the moment between Yuya and Yuzu and it might have gone on a little longer if we didn’t have big mouth Masumi saying something man she has to ruin everything! I also like the part where Gongenzaka and Yaiba were fighting before the duel start. I really disappointed in Sora for being lazy eating candy and seem to know it all. He should be shane of himself giving compliments to the enemy and not dueling. Well this is Gongenzaka time to shine instead of Sora. Could someone tell me were Gongenzaka goes to school? And why does Gongenzaka not go to school with Yuya and Yuzu?
The man, Gongenzaka, might be an adult or a higher grade than Yuuya and Yuzu, if you meant educational school, if you mean duel school I think they said he is a member of his family’s “Duel Dojo”.
