God why are these episodes so short?! I wish it was longer! Grr. Anyway, plot. yes plot.
So the episode starts with the Broster once again showing up and being sad that he doesn’t really have any friends outside of internet and the people in his manga club in college won’t let them draw what he wants. (The wife then accidentally offends the husband by reminding him he doesn’t have any friends)
Then the husband remembers it’s okay he doesn’t have any friends because he has a wife, to which she’s embarrassed.
The broster realizes he doesn’t really need any friends and that since he has a brother he can be friends with him and hang out and …
And then immediately gets sent home. and I laugh.
The next day the brother tries to get him to go hang out with his friends online as they’re having a meet up in real life. The husband goes with him for moral support.
They meet up with this guy, whose name is…and i’m not making this up, “Destiny Fucker’
After they hang out destiny fucker asks if he can hit on what he thinks is the husband’s sister. He okays it but laughs when he gets home because Destiny Fucker has no idea what’s in store for him. And that’s where the episode ends.
(sigh) I mean….this episode was okay, but I REALLY don’t like the broster. This series is supposed to be about the husband and wife and I could care less about his gender confused brother. I want to see THEIR story. THEIR struggles. I don’t care what ANYONE else is doing. I want to laugh at their wackiness. And with a show that’s only 3 minutes long per episode, that’s not a tall order for them to fill that I should expect.
I would be slightly less turned off by an addition of a better character, but I REALLY don’t care about this character. They’re annoying and a LITTLE too anxious to fuck their brother. Trust me, when it comes to incest, if it’s done right it can be very good (Example Koi Kaze) but this just seems weird and kind of freaky.
I am more than certainly going to continue watching this show, but I REALLY hope the next episode will be more focused on the husband and wife again.
The name of the show is ‘I can’t understand what my husband is saying’ not “I can’t understand what my husband’s yaoi obsessed brother is saying” Hopefully this will resolve itself soon. If not, I will be very disappointed. There’s only been 9 minutes worth of footage and NEARLY HALF has been devoted to this character. I’m not okay with that. GET RID OF HIM.
