Showing his resolve, Buccellati sends him and Prosciutto out of the driver’s car like he said he would. With quick thinking, Pesci uses Beach Boys to hook Prosciutto’s hand and saves him but Buccellati still holds on. Trying to kick him off of him, Prosciutto soon realizes he’s fucked when Bruno uses Sticky Fingers to hit the fishing line. Thanks to Number Six telling him that hitting the line would get sent back to the person hooked. Unzipping Prosciutto’s hand, Bruno grabs the line and the other is so unlucky. Or should I say lucky? Prosciutto goes flying off and he ends up mangled in between the train’s wheels, but he doesn’t die just yet so Grateful Dead’s ability is still hanging around. He’s both lucky and unlucky.

This episode was great in lots of ways but it was great that Bruno has finally gotten some time to shine. We haven’t seen him in action ever since he fought Giorno in the beginning, and he’s just been in the background issuing orders. But this is his time dammit! But also, Pesci underwent one hell of a transformation and he was pretty cool. He had a mini breakdown when he realized Prosciutto was dead but realized he actually was barely alive with Grateful Dead. Seeing that brought this new resolve and determination from within him. He couldn’t cry about this anymore and would make his aniki proud. He suddenly became serious and terrifying and made Bruno go to extreme lengths to save himself. Those extreme lengths being completely detaching his entire body with Sticky Fingers. The fish hook was slowly inching up Bruno’s arm and going to his heart, and there was still the aging problem. Before he get get swung off the train, Bruno opens up a zipper leading him back into the train. To get the hook out, he unzips his entire body, and eventually half of his heart with Number Six freaking out. It reminded me of the last episodes of Stardust Crusaders when Jotaro made Star Platinum stop his heart so Dio wouldn’t hear. Both very tense scenes.

I always wondered what unzipping yourself and others would feel. Whenever Buccellati does it, the person is never in any pain even though it’s pretty scary. If it had to feel like something, I imagine it would feel like numbness. But it scares me just thinking about it.

I love you~

Bruno looked like he was about to die but Pesci made the mistake of freaking out and making the train stop, moving Bruno’s body parts closer to him. As Pesci ran outside to check on Prosciutto, Bruno pops out of the train and shows how strong his resolve was. Though he gives Pesci a little praise for that cold stare and glint in his eyes. Bruno easily uses Beach Boys against him by getting the fishing line around his neck and twisting his head. Yuck. But somehow still alive from that, he opens up his coat where Trish falls out confused with the turtle in his hand. That compliment Bruno have Pesci goes out the window as he calls him a piece of shit, thankfully stopping him in time before he was able to smash the turtle. Then followed a beatdown that’s very familiar for Jojo fans. Lots of punching and yelling. That scene was Italian-chef-kissing-two-fingers good. Pesci’s death was pretty brutal, Bruno doing to him what he did to himself, but Pesci’s head was cut in half and fell into a nearby lake. Eventually Prosciutto died as well, and thankfully they all made it out okay but Bruno knows that they have to travel some other way.

But Trish finally speaks up about all this weird crap going on around her as she can sees this stuff. Trish is a Stand user but she hasn’t awakened it yet but we know she has one as she had that aura around her. I’m glad that Trish is questioning things. This is finally when Trish starts becoming her own character and not just the quiet girl in the background. She’s showing frustration and anger for having to be protected by people against her father, a man she doesn’t even know. Why does she have to be involved? Trish made a bad first impression by being a snotty princess but she does develop into an actual character later on, so I can’t wait for her to shine too because I do like her.

That’s the end for the ham and fish brothers. Passione doesn’t have much in terms of transportation but they have to continue on, but little do they know that a melon is after them.

Oh boy, I can’t wait for the worst fucking stand next week.

Arriverdeci~

Unfortunately still a weeb

David Production added a flashback to Formaggio in his fight with Narancia. They subtly hinted that Melon was a sexual deviant even in that short sequence. Unfortunately, Babyface fight is only going to be one episode before we move onto the most high octane fight of the show, White Album.
