So we left off with Duckface being pissed. And why not? This new little douchebag just tried to humiliate wet blanket in front of everyone. Well…then again Wet Blanket kind of ALWAYS loses…so…wait. that’s not the point. He needs Vengeance!

VENGEANCE!

revenge

See? It’s zoomed it. So that signifies MORE vengeance needing to be had.

So yes, the episode starts with them starting the fight. There will be 10 rounds and like it was said last episode, if the douchebag loses, he has to call Wet Blanket “Sempai” from now on.

In the first two rounds, Duckface gets beaten handily by him. So relatively quickly the score goes to 0-2

However…that doesn’t last long as Duckface handily begins to kick the crap out of him.

Ow My Pride! ...and my lung!
Ow My Pride! …and my lung!

At the end of it all he destroys the guy 8 to 2.

Afterwards, he does keep his word and will call Wet blanket “Sempai”. It’s then that we learn something interesting. Apparently the kid is a big fan of Jin and that’s why he was so intent on beating wet blanket because he was jealous.

Almost immediately after this, Duckface and the gang are called away by scarface McScar to chat.

It turns out what he wants is to ask Duckface about the Neighbor world. (The first smart things he’s done ever) To which he basically says “Well you should ask that robot thing that follows me around.”

The robot thing however tells him that he will only help him out if they promise to to leave duckface alone. Scar agrees and he begins to give them information on the Neighbor worlds.

OOoh... Perty
OOoh… Perty

and that’s pretty much where the episode ends.

Honestly, this episode didn’t REALLY have a lot of content. Did you want to see Duckface kicking the crap out of that guy? Well good. Because that’s about half this episode. The other half? Wet Blanket realizing he needs to get better. And then there’s some of Scar being a jerk. That’s…really about it.

I mean, this episode was fun eye candy, but there was nothing really incredibly plot relevant going on.

Wet Blanket is worried about his potential, duckface kicks ass, and scar is a jerk. There’s really not a whole lot to be said. This episode is really the epitome of a holding pattern. I feel next week will be a lot more interesting as they’re going to use that information from Yuma’s (Duckface’s) robot  to learn about the other world and hopefully use that in their plan.

Honestly at this point I kind of just want Yuma to become B rank. he’s already goku level blowing people out of the water and the fact that he’s still C rank is a joke.

See Yuma? Stuff like that is why you'll never get to A rank
See Yuma? Stuff like that is why you’ll never get to A rank

Besides being excited waiting for Konami to come back (Seriously Where are you?!) I want to see Wet blanket kick some ass. I’m tired of him getting his ass handed to him. It’s getting a bit dull.

Still.. I AM interested in this show and I want to see where it goes.

Overall….6.5/10 not great, but it was hilarious seeing this guy getting his ass kicked.

Duckface counter: 6
