Nice to meet you, everyone! My name is Kazanova! I’ll be blogging Seasonal Anime and other anime as my primary project, while doing some games and Drama CDs as my side projects. After reading and commenting on this blog for years, I couldn’t sit still and decided to apply as a writer for this blog as well! It’s a pleasure to be able to write in this blog!
I’m an introvert, a bit shy, and tends not to talk much when there are many people. However, it doesn’t mean I’m a loner! I love meeting new people, especially when talking about anime, manga, games, and everything of the sort since I was elementary school! For anime, I began with Pokemon that was booming in my country at that time. For manga, I began with Magical Pokemon Journey. For game, I began with Megaman X5. Everything was thanks to my cousins who introduced me to all of them, and thus, starting my path into the anime world (and Japanese entertainment in general). In middle-school, I was able to participate in a study program that allowed me to go to Japan for the first time. It’s a dream come true! As the result, I decided to take Japanese Literature in college (my Japanese is still not so fluent though).
I have lots of favorite in all categories and would be difficult to narrow it down. As long as I think it’s interesting, I love them all. But, I generally love action-packed mixed with some drama or romance. An example of this would be Kimetsu no Yaiba, Katekyo Hitman Reborn for anime and manga. I dislike horror, hentai, ecchi, gore, and everything of the sort, so series like Berserk, Made in Abyss, etc is a BIG NO for me. I generally don’t really like story that is too dark or too serious. Oh, but I can still tolerate anime like Psycho-Pass and Moriarty the Patriot. For games, it mostly depends on the stories and characters while the gameplay comes second. If I can play the game but the story and characters sucks, I don’t have any interest in playing. On the other hand, if the stories and characters are good but the gameplay is difficult, I’ll still do my best to play until the end (except racing games though). Examples of game would be Kingdom Hearts, Tales of, and Persona.
Recently, I’m very into Otome Game. I have a whole lot of free time to play them for hours now. For Otome Games, my favorites are Hakuoki, Collar x Malice, and Code:Realize. All three of them were made by Otomate. Don’t blame me, their Otome Games are GREAT! (^////^)
Other than the mentioned above, I like to spend my time writing my own stories (I have a side job as children’s book writer), drawing, and do some exercises. You must do some exercises, don’t spend too much time in front of your computer/laptop unless you want your body to get stiff. Do some jogging every morning! XD
